In 1970, Jake Hafner’s Restaurant & Tavern was built. It was run by their oldest son, Peter. In 1980, it was taken over by his brother, Tom, who is presently owner and operator with his wife, Cris, their son, Jake, and daughter, Mackenzie.

They also had a “vision.” They wanted the restaurant to be warm and inviting and the food to be unique and exceptional. It is rustic and charming, with a two-way fireplace that warms the dining room and the tavern. Each dining room booth has been personalized by local artists with theme murals. The lively sports bar is a great place to be with friends or make new friends, featuring twenty-five TVs and a 110-inch big-screen TV. Reserve the “Dog Bone,” a unique cocktail table, in honor of Tom’s constant companion, Indy, for special get-togethers!
